``Ton-tei'' is a famous restaurant that serves ``sauce katsudon'', a local gourmet dish loved by Aizu residents. Crispy cabbage is placed on top of the warm rice, and on top of that is a thick cutlet topped with plenty of sauce, making it a hearty and satisfying dish.
